“Be Somebody Nobody Thought You Could be”
Health and Fitness contain a small reinforcement to find a way to keep our body in good shape. In Health and Fitness, it includes all the physical activities and a balanced diet to maintain our healthy lifestyle. In today’s world we are battling with the global pandemic Covid-19 it is important to take care of your lifestyle as in recent research all those persons who do exercise 5 times a week are fit and have good immunity power all those who do YOGA or any physical exercise maintain their lifestyle are recovered with this Covid-19.
In recent times people are aware of fitness and health and they take fitness seriously. As I have seen most of the youth went to the gym and some sort of walk, not only youth but also the senior citizens, they take their lifestyle very seriously as compared to earlier.
The most significant aspect of daily life is HEALTH AND FITNESS. There is nothing more important than an individual’s health. If we are physically fit or have a healthy lifestyle, we could live our life in a more passionate manner as a matter of fact that being physically fit is an inevitable part of a happy life.
In today’s world most of the youth are facing hell lot of diseases due to being overweight or they do not follow a healthy lifestyle. They went for medication or some went for drugs to avoid the world. Nowadays if you are physically fit only then you can achieve, I am not saying overweight people can’t achieve but now the world has become more into personality traits they want people who can manage a tough lifestyle. I am not saying that overweight people are less than those who are fit my point of view is that now world become more into fitness. Healthy lifestyle brings happiness to people as they can cope up with the world.
Let me share my experience, in 2018 my weight was around 77 to 80kgs. I was overweight because I was suffering from Thyroid in that year, I had my first heartbreak. My friends left me alone and my best friend started avoiding me. I was depressed and my academics went down. I failed 3 subjects in my graduation years. I feel why I am in this world, why I am still alive, why I am there. At that time, I feel like hell I don’t go anywhere I tried to study but I can’t I tried so many things to avoid my overthinking but nothing happened I am in a situation where I can’t sleep at night, I am in a miserable a position the main part of that time that I came out from my home for the first time before that I never be out for my studies, I am not in position to talk to my parents as well. I am not in a position to face myself, in those days I just sat on the roof and thought all the shits that I could. I tried to quit my life as well. In those times I am all alone. I have to fight alone.
After 2 months of that situation, I went for counselling than my life changes from there they suggest me to go to for fitness before that I were never ever into fitness even, I don’t know what fitness and healthy lifestyle is, my counsellor suggest me to go for exercise and all you have like frustration, irritation, anxiety, will resolve and I found my way to cope with the world I found how I have to deal with myself. From now I joined AEROBICS and ZUMBA classes initially I spent 1.5 hrs there, as I am a beginner, I faced problems I am not able to do exercise I am not able to follow my diet but as time passes I can see changes within myself now I can do more exercise with that span of time and also I follow my diet regularly I started feeling happy again I feel confident I feel like yes I can do now at that time I can say that I can face the world.
From overweight to fitness freak I faced many problems but I enjoyed it. I can say that now if I feel confident it is all because of my healthy lifestyle or fitness. FITNESS helped me a lot in my life. Now I can say I surely will achieve my goals and I follow my passion being into fitness. I can say that fitness helped me to overcome my fear.
To conclude I would like to say that if at that time I will not take the step towards Fitness and Healthy lifestyle I can’t imagine how my life is. I am not saying that you should spend hours in the gym but follow a healthy lifestyle. I am not saying you should go to the gym only when you feel miserable but for better living and prospering yourself one should follow a healthy lifestyle when you feel happy you make others happy too. I would suggest everyone to follow a healthy lifestyle. Not only should you go to the gym but you can follow a healthy lifestyle from home. I can say that one should do yoga and meditation. It helps us to calm ourselves so at last I would suggest that we follow a healthy lifestyle.

Yes, you are right as heath and fitness is an important part of the life once should follow basic diet to stay healthy and fit. Health is now important because of that global pandemic as many people has suffered but I can say a lot of them are cured by doing yoga only and one of an interviews it is said that yoga is helpful in curing the COVID-19.
I must say the way you shared your experience is really connecting as I can connect to it by myself and for sure many of our age group people can connect with your experience, I know its hard when you need someone and there is no one.
In your blog you talk about the initial days of your journey this is rally hit me hard as many of us don’t have that much courage to continue with failures and still be self-motivated.
What I learn form your blog is that there is no one in your bad times only you have to do your things by own one should listen to you but can’t help you.
As earlier I have also faced so many problems regarding weight issue and other things, I can say that being part of the gym and doing exercise daily I also feel same what you feel in your bad times.
