Have you ever been through a phase where you have wondered “Why me?”. We all go through this dilemma time to time cursing our lucky stars about the unpredicted misery which our fate has brought upon our life. Well, it’s not necessary that anything out of the blue happening in our life is gloomy there might be some delightful moments as well, but as we know its human frailty to emphasis more on the bleak moments rather than the bright moments.
So, is there a specific mantra or a key which could guide us through this unlit tunnel? According to me the answer to this million-dollar question is YES and NO, if you go to the web there will be a plethora of solutions for you to implement but are they all accurate for you? Some of them might even entice us into implementing them but while trying them out we fail miserably. The reason being, everyone and every mind is beautifully unique in their own way and hence the time taken to process that set back differs from person to person and varies across age.
One thing that we know for sure is, we cannot avoid what has already happened or change it. But, we can change the course of impact that it would create on our lives. “Acceptance is the key” how often do we hear this line right, but it’s not that easy as it sounds. It takes a great deal of effort and time to take a hold of that stigma. But once you do that you take a leap.
When I was suffering from the same dilemma, acceptance alone was not enough for me along with it I had to look at the glass half full. Having something to hold on to worked like a charm for me. I think it would be right to say that staying optimistic is the one thing that kept me going through that time. As difficult as it may be during that time it will be the right thing to do and to quote Sir Martin Luther King Jr. “We must accept finite disappointment, but never lose infinite hope”.
Acceptance and optimism are the two things which empowers us during a catastrophe but there is one last thing which sets us free from this enigma and that is believing in yourself. In my personal experience when you start believing in your progress and give a pat on your back for what you have achieved then that in true sense is “Respecting the Unexpected”.
Everybody has a distinct approach to what self-grooming is. No matter what our definition of success is it will always narrow down to these three dynamic words Acceptance, Optimism and Believing don’t you think? With these three forces in our hands we are capable of overcoming anything and everything life throws at us.
For me, when life throws lemons these powerful tools helps me in making lemonade. The power of these words are not just limited to overcome these unexpected events, but for any possible challenge or failure that we go through.
To sum up in a nutshell there will always come a time when the most unexpected thing happens to us at the most uncertain time but we’ve to keep in mind that things will always turn around in our direction all we have to do is keep us motivated and keep up the good work.

But you cannot accept and be optimistic about every situation you land in.
For example what could you possibly find optimistic in pain.unlike any other emotion, there’s no upside to pain,no positive notion can make you look at the pain from a different perspective.so what would you suggest?
Anyways 💯for your quality of words

While going through the blog I realized that what’s written in the blog is something which I, even the entire human kind must have experienced at least once in their lifetime. It was a piece of writing to which I truly felt connected. The writer has astonishing set of writing skills along with the discussing the problem he discussed a solution as well and kept it short and crisp. I really look forward to read more from the writer and learn a few things. Keep up the good work.
