As we all know, the current global environment is one of intense rivalry, which causes significant strain and worry in people’s minds. They put their health at risk by working excessive hours in MNC firms, colleges, and other settings.
Why did I choose this topic? In my first year of college, I was experiencing depression. I failed during the covid epidemic, which also had an impact on my emotional well-being. I stay indoors throughout covid and am constantly concerned about the outcome. My thinking is greatly affected by it. I once went to the temple with my father, and while there, I saw a lot of sadhus. They all take a stance and utter the word OM.I spend time with them and it brings me mental calm. I always meditate first thing in the morning, and that provides me more energy and causes vibration in my body.
Additionally, I frequently play online games at work, which is why I frequently experience headaches. In this circumstance, meditation aids in my recovery from a headache. In my experience, meditation enhances mental capacity and aids in mental health recovery. A process to understanding our soul and how strong we are to others is meditation. Our bodies have a number of chakras, which provide energy for healthy bodily function. I practice two kinds of meditation: 1) Say the OM silently in your head. Om is the first sound that the universe ever made. Possibilities exist for OM chat meditation to reduce tension, anxiety, and negative thoughts. It is more beneficial to focus our attention on one situation and block out other thoughts. It enables me to think quickly under pressure and provides me the ability to banish evil spirits, which heals the body.
When I meditate, I prefer to start with this action:
1) Repose: Sit with your body at ease.
2) Focus: I specialise on the thoughts I choose to own, which enables me to spend my time effectively when I unwind.
3) Contemplation: Deep self-introspection is contemplation.
4) Realization: Realization occurs when my perception and emotions change and I come to comprehend a more profound and significant reality about myself.
5) Meditation: contemplative meditation that focuses on recalling my eternal identity and reawakening a lovely feeling of wellbeing…
This stage aids in clearing the mind of all unfavorable ideas and energy and provides a more clear-cut understanding of your work. The human body and the deity it experiences via meditation are connected in World. Goal-achieving abilities can be boosted through meditation. Recovery of the patient’s mental health, the eradication of corona phobia, and unrestricted living with family are all benefits of COVID.
Finally, I’d like to emphasize that meditation is a step toward reaching God and raising our vibration.

You said the right thing, because mental illness is a big problem in this country right now, and people need to be aware of it. The way you put your ideas across was amazing. I think that words are a big part of how we show the world who we are, because with the right words, anything is possible. We’ve all seen nice quotes on the wall, but when someone talks about them in their own words, we really connect with them, just as I did with your blog. you have written so good. Keep writing more blogs like this.

I do meditation too. Many people were forced to live alone during covid. Tjey also started worrying about his health and job stability due to which many people became victims of mental illness. Meditation reduces our stress level, which helps in reducing the level of cortisol stress hormones which makes us stressed. It also helps in increasing our concentration level and attention span. make us more energetic and enthusiastic. We can improve our overall health by practising letting go of negative thoughts and encouraging more positive thinking through meditation. This will reduce stress and anxiety and provide us with a clearer mind. A clear mind leads to greater discernment, which leads to fewer mistakes and better decisions. We have fewer regrets when we make better decisions, which improves our overall well-being.

It’s true Sumit that Meditation is a step toward reaching God. Along with Calmness, Love, Power, Light, Wisdom, and Sound, God is a vibration that includes the qualities of Joy and Peace. God can be heard through meditation. When we concentrate on any of these features and hold onto their resonance as we sit in the solitude of our meditations, we can experience His presence. This is a powerful approach for us to interact with God during meditation and during our daily lives.

Very well said, Sumit!
I have been a follower of yoga and meditation since a very early age. My parents are avid followers of ayurveda and yoga. Though not very religiously, I try to be as active as possible. I have found meditation really beneficial even if it’s not done everyday. Whenever I feel anxious, scared, afraid, or even in a rush, I sit for five minutes and work on my breathing pattern. Meditation frees my mind and gives the energy that matches with my happiness level.
I feel so great reading this. It makes me happy that so many people are realising the importance of meditation and the calmness it brings in to the life.

At beginning, practicing meditation can be a very difficult undertaking. Even while it looks like our minds are working more quickly, they have always done so; similarly, we have always had an inner critic, we just aren’t as aware of it when we are going about our daily lives. That sounds like a great experience that can truly change things. Even though it was evident that I couldn’t stay in that condition always, I have experienced similar meaningful moments. Just thinking about them makes me feel better. I’m glad that you came across this blog !

It can be really difficult to meditate, especially at first. Even if it appears like our minds are working more quickly, they have always been that way. We just aren’t as aware of our inner critic as much when we are going about our daily lives. That sounds like a truly delicious encounter that can change everything. I’ve experienced such profound moments, and even though I couldn’t stay in that condition always, they stayed with me. Just thinking about them makes me feel better. I am glad you came up with this blog.

I read the blog and felt so connected, I felt like I was reading about myself. I also do meditation many times. I started meditating during COVID in search of peace in my life. When I started I not only got peace rather whenever I meditated I felt productive and energetic, it also reduced my tension and anxiety. Sometimes I do breath-based medication and sometimes I do chant the name of god(lord Krishna and lord Shiva). Sometimes I used to do meditation after waking up and sometimes before sleeping. I also get clarity of thoughts. I feel connected and happy. I would like to suggest meditation to everyone. Try it out once you are going to see the results, it’s amazing. Sometimes I feel it is the only solution to all my problems.
