LIFE GOAL & ITS CHALLENGES

My objective is to land a good job with Mahindra Financial as a financial analyst.   I should have to have effective communication and time management skills to accomplish my aim. Lack of communication and time management skills makes it very difficult for me to accomplish my goal.

I need to have a good routine in my life to strengthen these talents.  I need to start reading the newspaper for 30 minutes, create a good timetable for managing my time, and take several courses on LinkedIn to help me develop my abilities. to enhance my ability to communicate begin to speak more and interact with more people, including friends, family, and coworkers. I always begin reading something in front of the mirror, which can help me speak well.

Some abilities that are necessary to improve communication include the ability to comprehend and be understood by others, exchange ideas, provide feedback, and work successfully. Communication skills are crucial for any professional. You can study and practice a variety of communication skills, including verbal, written, non-verbal, and visual communication.

Active listening entails paying attentive attention to the speaker, putting other things out of your mind, and asking to clarify or showing interest-inquiring questions.

Changing your communication approach depending on the audience: This entails tailoring your message to the right audience and purpose by using the right tone, vocabulary, and format.

Set Specific Goals: Specify your long-term objectives in detail. You can prioritize your work and manage your time more efficiently if you have well-defined objectives.

List all the tasks necessary to attain your goals, and then order them according to their priority and completion dates. Concentrate on high-priority projects that will help you achieve your goals.

b. Make a Schedule: Use a schedule or to-do list to plan your days and weeks. Set aside precise times to complete each task, making sure you have time for both business and personal pursuits.

Avoid multitasking because it might lower productivity and raise stress levels. To ensure effectiveness and quality, concentrate on one work at a time.

b. Develop the Art of Saying No: Sometimes, overcommitting can result in not having enough time for crucial duties. If a task or activity doesn’t fit with your priorities right now or your goals, politely decline it.

Use Technology Wisely: To stay organized and on schedule, use tools like calendars, task management apps, and reminders.

2. Public Speaking: a. Regular Practice: You’ll get more at ease with public speaking the more you practice it. Initially practice in small groups or even in front of a mirror, and then gradually expand your audience.

b. Request Feedback: Improving performance requires constructive criticism. After your practice sessions or presentations, ask friends, family, or mentors for their opinions.

c. Enroll in Public Speaking Courses: To develop your skills and confidence, think about signing up for public speaking classes or workshops.

Control Anxiety: Fear of speaking in front of an audience is common. To learn strategies and acquire confidence, practice deep breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques, and attend workshops.

c. Complete Proper Planning: Planning is essential. To control anxiety, be well-versed in your content and practice using encouraging self-talk.

f. Start Small: Tackle smaller audiences first before moving on to bigger ones. You can gradually increase the difficulty to help you gain confidence over time.

f. Accept Mistakes: Everyone blunders when they talk. Learn from them, and keep becoming better rather than focusing on them.

Therefore, these abilities are necessary to enhance communication skills productively and successfully.

There is a motivating story that must be followed to realize this desire.

There is a tale or inspiration behind my decision to pursue an MBA (PGDM) from a business school like the Jaipuria Institute of Management to improve my skills and gain greater independence. Since I am prepared for the chartered accountant exam in my second year of college but am unable to pass it, I give up my CA studies. As a result, these skills are essential for effectively and productively improving communication skills.

It is necessary to follow a motivating narrative to fulfil this ambition.

My choice to enrol in an MBA (PGDM) program at a business school like the Jaipuria Institute of Management to advance my career and increase my level of independence is the result of a story or inspiration. I gave up my studies in chartered accounting since I am ready for the exam in my second year of college but was unable to pass it. The experience I have had so far has been extremely positive for me since the path I initially chose was difficult for me at first, but I have managed to move up the ladder of development and the process is still ongoing. I am hopeful that at the end of the program, I will do everything in my power to fulfil my goals.
