Dream to do list

‘My badminton dream : striving for greatness on the court’ Since childhood I was very dedicated towards sports, I was good in every sport like badminton, basketball, skating, cricket. Then after few years I was a district level skater and got bronze medal from CM Ashok Gehlot, and a district level badminton player as well as played against Alwar secured 1st position. Sports is one thing in my life that gives me satisfaction, happiness, joy, it’s a therapy for me. Talking about my dream I always want to became a badminton player I was adore Saina Nehwal the way she plays, the way she handles the pressure, the dedication she shows towards badminton. In order to move forward in achieving my goals in life I have enrolled myself for a professional degree i.e., MBA, which will assist me in shaping myself as a more dedicated and ambitious person. Just like sports required a lot of dedication in my life and taught me how to be more ambitious. Every time I learned a new thing it made me better at what I was doing, similarly whatever I am learning during my tenure of MBA is teaching me to shape my career for better. The sense of fulfilment you will have when you start from scratch and build something substantial cannot be matched to anything. The difficulties you encounter, the sacrifices you make, and the education you acquire cannot be obtained by performing merely a job in an organisation. According to me, when you first start job, you will be happy that you were hired by a reputable company, but occasionally you will limit yourself, your ideas only to your work, and you will not think creatively, which will have an impact on society, because you must adhere to a company’s code of conduct. My dream job is to work in big four companies. As I am pursuing my PGDM now my interest mostly lies towards marketing. I want to see myself working as a marketing manager in a reputed firm, whether it be digital marketing or any other for that matter. This will help me growth and build a successful career. Future after PGDM will be living purposeful life working towards a better life, play a role in society by helping the needy ones. Initially I want to do the before mentioned things later, in life I might want to run a start up and be an entrepreneur. Learning gaps which I have identified I have determined that public speaking is my area of weakness. The biggest significant learning gap I can see in myself is this one. What if you build a brand but you are unsure on how to communicate with your customers, investors, and other stakeholders. Additionally, I have discovered Chat Gpt as a resource to close this knowledge gap. I believe this to be the best AI [Artificial Intelligence] tool available; all you have to do is go online and perform a quick search to find the information you need. I utilized this tool to help me understand what was crucial to learning public speaking. I consulted Chat Gpt to find out how to enhance my public speaking. It provided me a lot of ideas, and I chose the top three to use as the first newspaper to expand my knowledge. Information, and thoughts. The second is to watch or listen to TED presentation. The third is to put together a summary of what I have discovered through both TED speeches and press articles. In this step, I also Made a plan. I divided the days total of 90 minutes into three segments, which I called a “window”. Some of you may wonder why you should read the newspaper for 30 minutes first thing in the morning. So, in my opinion, the greatest time to read the newspaper is in the morning because you learn about some news and can then discuss it with your friends, teachers, and peers, which will improve your knowledge and also allow you to learn about other people’s perspectives. Second, I will spend 30 minutes in the afternoon watching TED Talks. I try to pay attention to their word choices and how they speak to large number of people without hesitation. I also learn about their experience, which will help you avoid making the same mistakes they did when they did when they were achieving success. Third after completing the first two phases. I will spend 30 minutes at night composing a summary of all I learned. In the conclusion, I write about what I have learnt and what I think after asking my friends and peers for their perspective.
