SELF DOUBT

“It is okay to not be okay”

 One question I ask myself very frequently is whether I’m doing enough of something or not. And I think maybe I’m not all alone asking this one question to myself.

 Self-doubt occurs when we think that things are not going in the right direction where we wanted them to be.

 Since my school days (good old days), I have been struggling with this one thing which is self-doubt and it has gradually led to overthinking.

  But now as I’m taking steps ahead into my career, slowly and gradually Life is making me realize that sometimes it is okay to not be okay because that’s what life is all about. It is even okay to cry out loud! Whether it is a boy/girl or a man/woman.

 Venting out your feelings and doubts to someone who is very supportive of you can help you to know how exaggerated your thoughts are. So let your thoughts or self-doubts out of you and talk to someone, be it your best friend; your parents, or someone close to you because it can change your perspective.

Don’t overpower your feelings only because of what other people are going to say or think because at the end of the day only the thing which is going to matter the most is what you think of yourself. Or how much do you trust yourself?

 One thing I have learned so far is that the more you overthink and doubt yourself the more it is going to get worse so just leave. Don’t force yourself, be patient; be confident, and consistent, and believe in yourself and everything is going to come to you automatically without any hindrance.

 TRUST ME!

  1. The most relatable topic nowadays, self-doubt, is something that everyone at some point in life goes through. I feel so connected with this because many a time I just question myself and overthink a lot but you rightly mentioned that it is OK TO BE NOT OKAY and there is no harm in that and it is completely fine. The way you have written the blog is truly amazing and one can easily connect with it.

  2. The way you expressed your thoughts is so good as nowadays self-doubt is so common topic as each and every person at some point in time feels that and which leads to overthinking. Many times I have also gone through this phase where I just overthink the situation. As you have rightly mentioned that it is OK TO BE NOT OKAY and there is no harm in that . The way you have written the blog is truly amazing and one can easily connect with it.
