What is that one thing that helps you keep moving? What is that one thing that puts your things in a systematic manner? For me, that’s My Routine.
Establishing a healthy routine is really important for having a stress-free day. Making a good routine requires a lot of legwork as well as guesswork. It is just like putting yourself in autopilot mode. Be it drinking lots of water, working out regularly, sleeping for at least 7hours regularly, all these habits can help you make an effective routine.
Being honest, just planning a healthy routine is very easy, but making sure that you carry out that routine regularly definitely requires some determination. Here. I am sharing a few tips that I followed in order to maintain a healthy routine with the hope that it will be a help for you all:-

Nothing is attainable at once. Establishing a healthy routine requires a lot of patience and continuity, so begin with taking baby steps. If you are planning to keep yourself organized and cleaner, just start with the habit of making your bed every morning. If you are planning to drink at least 8 glasses of water every day, start by drinking at least 5 glasses every day. If you are planning to give shape to your body by working out intensely, start with the practice of stretching and warming up every day. If you are planning to eat healthily, start with having a healthy breakfast every day.
It is good to have big goals, but do remember that every big goal is reached by accomplishing a lot many smaller goals every day.
Hers this one important thing. Make sure you love your routine because only then are going you to follow it. If you hate your routine or consider it as a burden, it will never be fruitful for you.
Stop forcing yourself to do things that you don’t like and just because it is healthy. If you hate running, try some other workout routines like swimming, skipping, or anything that you like.
Loving whatever you do is an integral part of making it your routine. That would give you the zeal to work with more determination and passion. So, make sure that you don’t just do things without passion.
Yes, you heard right. Stick to your routine. Don’t just get bored up within a few days, and switch over. I know studies suggest that it takes 21 days to build a habit, but trust me, it takes longer. Give yourself a few months, be patient with yourself. Eventually, you will develop a habit. Learn to not give up easily, because no good comes early.
Any routine doesn’t yield benefit until and unless you stick to it, you hold on to it. So make sure that you don’t give up on your routine and stick to it.

Taking a break isn’t bad. If there are days when you feel so restless and burdened, take it easy that day. Don’t push yourself too much. It is equally important to give your body and mind a break. There can be days when you don’t feel like working out, don’t worry. Try taking a small walk while listening to music, it will help you relax your mood. Forcing your mind and body would not do any good to you. It will only create a sense of burden in your mind.
A routine does so much good for you. It nourishes your mind and body in such a pleasant way. Though it takes a few efforts, the results are lasting forever.
